Works the pavements for dropped litter, scatters when you walk at it, and roosts at night. Radworth alone gives it over a thousand places to land: the ridge of every terraced house, two spots in every oak and the top of every bus stop.

From our research

Descended from the rock dove, and at home wherever a town gives it ledges: station roofs, terraces and town centres. Its flight in the game was checked frame by frame against Eadweard Muybridge's 1887 photographs of a pigeon flying: six wingbeats a second, a long forward-sweeping downstroke and a quick folded upstroke.

Where to find it: town centres, station roofs.
